Features

Application

1. Structural assembling for glass curtain-wall engineering;
2. Can joint glass with metal part to a single assemble part to satisfy with design of full-hided or semi-exposed flame curtain wall;
3. Secondary seal and joint structural insulating glass;
4. Seal in the situation of high sealed security;

Technical Guidelines

1. To achieve good adhesion, the glass/ spacer surface must be clean and free of any residue.
2. Pls put part A and B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two parts together. 3. The mixing ratio by weight is 12: 1. Curing speed can be adjusted (range of A: B=11: 1~14: 1 by weight, the more COM B, the faster curing time). 4. Bubble release if necessary, deaeration the mixture under 0.08 MPa for 3 minutes. 5. It is cured at roon temperature, so pls put it under room temperature after pouring. It comes to next process when basically cured, and it takes about 24 hours for completely cured.
Kindly note: Temperature and Humidity with a tremendous influences for curing

Restriction of Usage:

Unsuitable for all kinds of material that effuse grease, plasticizer or solvent;
Unsuitable for the frosty or moist surface;
Unsuitable for the continually flooding or entire-year moist places;
Cannot be used on the unclean or unstable substrate;
Cannot be used on the substrate surface under 6 or above 40
Cannot be used on joint bearing structural strength or places of physical damage.

Notices

1. Keep out of reach of children.
2. In case of eye contact, rinse with clean water or seek medical help immediately.
3. COM B should not contact the air for long time because it will react with water in the air.

Shelf Life and Transportation

1. Twelve(12) months when stored at 27 degree in original unopened packages. 2. This is a non-dangerous product, it can be transported as general chemicals. 3. Products exceed the storage life should be confirmed normal before using.
